Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Only orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping.  User must select free shipping at checkout.  It is buyer’s responsibility for shipping charges if they select another option & checkout.  We reserve the right to ship items in multiple packages to keep shipping cost as low as possible.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing takes 1 business day.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  All orders ship via USPS and depending on your location, weekend delivery may occur however we don’t guarantee it.

Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped USPS unless otherwise paid by the buyer & selected by the buyer at checkout.
• Same Day or next day service is not available.
• Shipping times are not guaranteed
• Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
• Not all shipping methods are available for all addresses or items.

Shipping Time

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 2 – 5 business days after order depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $10 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.  We don’t guarantee delivery times.   

USPS

Please note, we have no control of the USPS.  On occasions, items may not be shipped on time, might get lost, or carriers may not leave packages or require a signature/person home to drop off items.  These things are out of our control.  We ask that you be patient.  IF this occurs we will need to work together with the USPS to figure out a resolution.  Delivery times are not guaranteed. 

General

Please ensure shipping addresses are correct.  We will not refund for wrong address on your part. If your package is returned to Pinky Filters, we will contact you for correct address.  You will be responsible for the additional shipping cost incurred.  If you choose to cancel the order, a restocking fee of $4.00 per filter will be charged.

International Shipping

Pinky Filters offers international shipping, however:

• The buyer is responsible for paying for & selecting the shipping method at checkout
• The buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees that your local country might impose
• All prices are in USD, your credit card company or PayPal will convert to the buyer’s local currency.  
• Pinky Filters is not responsible for delays due to customs or additional custom fees
• Pinky Filters can’t track packages shipped internationally. Once it leaves the USA, we are not responsible for the package to international address.  The Please be aware of this policy when placing orders outside of the United States.
