Refund Policy

Returns Pinky Filters return policy is 30 days from date of order.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to refund or exchange.

Non-refundable items:

• Gift cards (any item past 30 days from date of purchase)
• Sale items
• Items purchased with reward program points

To be eligible for a Refund:

• Returns must be initiated with in 30 days of order delivery date
• An Return Authorization number must be requested & sent with return
• Returned items must be new, unused, in resalable condition
• Package & ship product in a package that prevents damage
• You will be responsible for return shipping cost of non-defective products
• Pinky Filters refund shipping if the product is determined defective
• Postage paid by the buyer
• Proof of purchase 

Refunds 

Email orders@Pinkyfilters.com for a return authorization number.  Pinky Filters will provide return address at that time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on eligible requirements listed above.

If approved a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less any shipping cost paid by the buyer.  Refund processing times will vary based on payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund:

1. Please allow 2 weeks to process
2. Confirm your original payment method
3. Contact your credit card company as it may take time before a refund is processed

Exchanges (if applicable): We will replace defective or damaged items for the same item.  Please email us orders@pinkyfilters.com with a description & pictures of the defective/damaged material.  We will provide you with a return authorization number.  Pinky Filters will provide the return address to ship the exchange products to at the time of request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on eligible requirements listed above.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pinky Filters doesn’t guarantee we will receive your returned item without trackable shipping.
